BIOerg carries out consulting activities providing valuable technical and scientific support in different sectors of the food industry and promotes national and international scientific projects in partnership with several national and/or european food industries and research institutes.

R&D represents a strategic sector for BIOerg. Its main task is to anticipate market trends by developing innovative solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer. In addition, Bio-e.r.g. aims to strategically develop collaboration with national / European companies to ensure the advancement / achievement of novel food processing technologies for industries and crafts in the food and beverages sector. BIOerg is also interested in active participation in European research projects for the development of technical and scientific knowledge in order to increase the market competitiveness of small and medium enterprises.
